I am about 5.10, 145 lbs, and take a 38 reg. size for blazer. This (dark stone colour) shirt in a size small is a great fit. It just fits my shoulder and is slim through the torso. The added stretch in the fabric makes this shirt very comfortable. It is a nice layer over a t-shirt and is quite versatile as it can go with pretty much any type of pants.
