Job Description 

Location: 1485 Portage Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R3G 0W4
Pay: $16.50-$18.00 per hour

We’re looking for a high energy Retail Sales Associate to join our Store!
Reporting to the Store Manager, a DUER Retail Sales Associate is responsible for bringing our brand to life by creating a world-class in-store shopping experience for all of our customers. 

STORE OPERATIONS 

  • Support in executing day to day operations at the store 
  • Support and maintain in-store merchandising plans to the highest standard 
  • Assist all inventory management processes (product replenishment, back stock maintenance, shipping/receiving) 
  • Support the Omni-Channel experience in-store; Ecomm Order Management, Curbside Pick Up, Ship to Home 
  • Anything else as delegated by the Store Manager 

DRIVING SALES 

  • Ensure KPI and sales goals are always met and exceeded 
  • 100% on the sales floor to lead by example  
  • Achieve in-store KPI’s  

CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE / COMMUNITY / BRAND 

  • Provide a customer experience that is world-class on the sales floor, all of the time 
  • Become an internal product knowledge expert and truly live and breathe the DUER brand 
  • Be a lead brand ambassador in the local community
