Official Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE 50 UNITED STATES, THE DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA, AND CANADA (EXCLUDING QUEBEC). VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW. CANADIAN RESIDENTS MUST CORRECTLY ANSWER A SKILL-TESTING QUESTION TO BE DECLARED A WINNER.

1. Sponsor
The DUER Win Your Winter Outfit Giveaway (the "Promotion") is sponsored and administered by [DUER PIMLICO PERFORMANCE APPAREL LTD], 1476 W 8th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6H 1E1, Canada ("DUER" or "Sponsor").
2. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on November 1, 2026 at 12:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on November 21, 2026 at 11:59 PM PT (the "Promotion Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official timekeeping device for the Promotion.
3. Eligibility
The Promotion is open only to legal residents of (a) the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, and (b) Canada, excluding the Province of Quebec, who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and have reached the age of majority in their state, province, or territory of residence at the time of entry (for example, 19 in Alabama, Nebraska, British Columbia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, the Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon; 21 in Mississippi), and who have a valid email address.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, and advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, the "Promotion Entities"), and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they live) and people living in the same household, whether related or not, are not eligible to enter or win.
4. How to Enter
To enter, visit duer.com during the Promotion Period and opt in to receive email offers and updates from DUER through the Promotion sign-up form. Entrants who are already subscribed to DUER emails may enter by submitting their email address through the same form.
Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Promotion Period. Additional entries will be void. Entries received outside the Promotion Period will not be accepted. Entries generated by script, macro, bot, or any automated means are void.
Entrants may unsubscribe from DUER emails at any time. Unsubscribing will not affect an entrant's chances of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) prize will be awarded. The prize is a DUER winter outfit consisting of one (1) bottom, one (1) tee, one (1) shirt, and one (1) jacket, with a total regular retail value of up to $500 in the winner's local currency, as follows:
For a winner who is a resident of Canada: a DUER outfit with a total regular retail value of up to $500 CAD, based on prices on duer.com (Canadian store).
For a winner who is a resident of the United States: a DUER outfit with a total regular retail value of up to $500 USD, based on prices on duer.com (US store).
After the winner is confirmed, a member of the DUER team will contact them by email to help select their outfit, including styles, sizes, and colours. Items will be chosen from products available on duer.com at the time of selection and are subject to availability. The combined value of the four (4) items must not exceed $500 in the winner's local currency. If a selected item is unavailable or the combination exceeds the prize value, the winner may choose an alternative item. The winner must confirm their selection within fourteen (14) days of first being contacted by DUER, or the prize may be forfeited.
Sponsor will cover standard shipping of the prize to the winner's address in their country of residence and applicable sales taxes on the prize order. Any portion of the $500 value not used in the outfit selection will be forfeited and will not be awarded as cash, credit, or a gift card. Items may be exchanged for a different size in line with DUER's standard exchange policy, but may not be returned for a refund or store credit.
Approximate retail value ("ARV"): up to $500 CAD or up to $500 USD, depending on the winner's country of residence. The prize is non-transferable and must be accepted as awarded. No cash equivalent or substitution is allowed, except that Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable. The winner is responsible for any applicable taxes and any costs not expressly described in these Official Rules.
6. Odds
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
A potential winner will be selected in a random draw from all eligible entries on or around November 24, 2026, at Vancouver HQ by Sponsor or its designee. The potential winner will be contacted at the email address used to enter within three (3) business days of the draw.
The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours of the notification email. If the potential winner does not respond in time, cannot be reached, is found ineligible, does not comply with these Official Rules, or declines the prize, that person will be disqualified and Sponsor may select an alternate potential winner from the remaining eligible entries.
Before being declared a winner, the potential winner must sign and return a Declaration of Eligibility and Release form within two (2) business days of receiving it. A potential winner who is a resident of Canada must also correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by email or phone.
Sponsor is not responsible for notification emails that are not received, including emails filtered into spam or junk folders.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting the prize, the winner agrees that Sponsor may use their first name, last initial, city, and state or province, and any photo or content they provide, for promotional purposes in any media, without further compensation or notice.
9. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with the Promotion will be used to administer the Promotion and for email marketing in line with the entrant's opt-in, as described in DUER's Privacy Policy at https://privacy.shopduer.com/privacy-policy.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By entering, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Promotion Entities and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents (the "Released Parties") from any and all liability, claims, or damages of any kind arising from participation in the Promotion or the acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
The Released Parties are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, damaged, or misdirected entries; technical, network, hardware, or software failures; or any printing, typographical, or human error in the administration of the Promotion. In no event will more prizes be awarded than stated in these Official Rules. If errors result in more potential winners than prizes, a random draw among all eligible claimants will determine the winner.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion, subject to any required approval of applicable regulatory authorities. In that event, Sponsor may award the prize by random draw from eligible entries received before the action was taken.
Sponsor may disqualify any person it finds tampering with the entry process, violating these Official Rules, or acting in a disruptive or unsportsmanlike manner. ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS, AND SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
If there is a dispute over who submitted an entry, the entry will be deemed submitted by the authorized account holder of the email address used. Sponsor's decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion. If any provision of these Official Rules is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect. In the event of any conflict between these Official Rules and any promotional material, these Official Rules prevail.
12. Governing Law and Disputes
For residents of Canada, the Promotion is governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, and disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
For residents of the United States, the Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. Except where prohibited, entrants agree that any dispute will be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
13. Winner's Name and Official Rules
To request the name of the winner (available after November 30, 2026) or a copy of these Official Rules, send an email to contactus@shopduer.com or mail a request to "DUER Win Your Winter Outfit Giveaway," 1476 W 8th Ave, Vancouver, BC V6H 1E1, Canada, by December 31, 2026.
