Regular Return Policy:

Regular priced items can be returned* or exchanged within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided the item is unworn with tags attached and accompanied by an invoice. Please got to shopduer.com/exchanges to complete your exchange or return.

Please note that any international order shipping outside the US is a FINAL SALE and will be subject to any international taxes, duties and import charges which will be due upon delivery.

*Last chance items are eligible for an exchange or return for store credit only.

Additional Information:

Refunds may only be issued to the credit card or PayPal account used to make the original purchase.

Please note that all returns and exchanges may be assessed on a case by case basis.

Only items that have been purchased directly from DUER can be returned to us. Any purchases made through a third party retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refund policy.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable or exchangeable. Gift Cards are treated as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Card balances can’t be redeemed or exchanged for cash. Coupon or discount codes do not apply to Gift Cards. DUER reserves the right to refuse gift card sales to anyone, and to refuse, cancel or hold gift cards and orders for suspected fraud, for cards mistakenly issued in an incorrect denomination or for other violations of gift card policies.

Promotional Gift Certificates earned* between November 27 and December 1 will be issued to your customer account between January 2 and 5, 2026. They are eligible to be used from January 2 through March 31, 2026.

*Gift Certificate values are calculated based on your net qualifying purchases as of January 1, 2026, inclusive of any returns or refunds.

Holiday Return Policy:

Orders placed between Nov 1 - Dec 24th can be returned* or exchanged up until January 24th, provided the item is unworn with the tags attached and accompanied by a receipt.
