Of course I “love” my new jean, but also the customer service. I fill in a survey to tell them what what was difficult for me during the purchase (that was which model to select) and I got an email explaining the differences between all the different models, so fo next time that will be easier for me to select the proper model. Up to now I was lucky because I always selected the perfect pants but for the future that will be much easier.

I got the 38x32 Loose Taper. My waist is 39", hips 45", thighs 30", and calves 19.5". These are the first pants I’ve found that aren't too tight (looking like skinny jeans) or too loose (looking like a 90s skateboarder). A Loose Taper in the No Sweat fabric would be an awesome addition, just saying!
